About WSOL

WSOL Mission Statement:

"Watford School of Leadership exists to train Christians to be transformational leaders in the workplace."

WSOL is unique in that it is a training college whose principal aim is to equip the 95% of ordinary Christians who live out their faith in the world of work. Most theological and ministerial colleges are geared towards training the 5% of Christians who enter various forms of full time ministry.

WSOL Ethos:

• Workplace as WORSHIP space.
  The cross is the symbol of WSOL as foundational to our thinking is the need to see work as a vocation and an expression of worship. The only thing that's secular is sin!
• Workplace as MISSION space.
  The cross is in outward motion reflecting that we are called to mission. Our place of work is not an alternative to ministry but is our chief sphere of ministry.
• Workplace as LEADING space.
  The cross is in four parts representing the four key module areas that aim to train the student to be a transformational leader:
  Discipleship, Leadership, Evangelism and Theology
